मला झोपायच्या आधी mental stimulation झेपत नाही, माझी झोप उडते. मग झोप लागायला ४-५ वाजतात. mental stimulation मध्ये येतात भाडणं, महत्वाचे tasks, दुसऱ्या दिवशीचे प्लॅन्स etc. झोपणाच्या आधी डोकं शांत असलं पाहिजे.
