The Americans are only pursuing their own interests - they won’t fight for AVZ’s rights. We’ll be lucky to see any dividends from this deal between the US and the DRC.

It was merely a request from Americans to help create a more constructive atmosphere while they work on negotiating peace and their mineral deal. AVZ is in the same position it was 3 years ago
