Unifi TM Ipoh u need to be better than this. Second time in a month LOS signal problems. The First time 2 days no internet until it auto fixed itself. Second time on Raya night no internet for 5 days and counting. Ipoh TM Point is full of 40s-50s Women worker that are slow. 28 people in Queue and not enough sittting and people are sitting on the floor. The place is smaller now and full of ads and gadget but not on the service that matters. Only 3 counter is available and customer service is slow. Both time the report are open but the contractor takes like 1-2 days to come. It used to be on the same day if report are open in the morning at TMPoint. No customer service on call and all call will be directed to Maya and chatbot and report will be open there but after 3 days still need to come to the TMPoint to open another report to make the response faster. TMPoint Tasek is closed and the customer service there are 3times better than the TMPoint Ipoh town. Im an old customer since Streamyx 1MB ADSL. Dont make me to change to another ISP. 7 days downtime in a month is unacceptable
