@ImaniKushan I find that to be quite a similar mode for me as well. I can describe just about anything to anyone about everyone else but me…lol I am better with physical than I am with emotional, but sometimes I end up drawing these archaic stick drawings with arrows just hoping it works lol

Finding words for physical feelings that aren't pain/pain adjacent is really difficult. Aside from the twitching, there's a "weird" feeling in the front of my left calf (beside the shin bone). It doesn't hurt. It's not numb. I don't know the right "feel" word.

This morning I learned about the Marsh Warbler. These birds are awesome mimics, so their songs are made up of over 100 impressions of other birds. They're like the DJs of the marsh. "Heard this one back in 1999. This one's for you, Tracy."

@isntJen Jen, I think you are being hard on yourself. The communication I saw was assertive and compassionate. Remember it takes both the sender and receiver to communicate. You can only control the sender piece.
