I think cases of LLM-overuse can happen because it's easy to optimize for perceived enjoyment rather than time-to-solution while working. Me pressing tab in cursor for 5 hours instead of debugging for 1:

Honest question: What do you actually do during those 5–10 mins while Claude is running? Stare at it? Switch tabs? Start scrolling and forget? Or already juggling another task? Feels like this weird new “waiting state” in our workflow.
