Walmart makes $17,000 per second, $1.1million per minute $68 million per hour and $1.6 billion per day , Walmart and Amazon are the biggest employers in the USA 🇺🇸, in my view African governments should create an environment that allows businesses to thrive.

The biggest variable in medicine is the patient, you can successfully administer a drug to 99 people in a year but the 100th person’s body rejects the same drug and they die. These things happen

You have paid a price by coming to the frontline to lead Ugandans to democracy. Your seat is always a hot one, your head wears a very heavy crown, but you never back down. Congratulations my President @HEBobiwine We are not done till we put you on that seat!

The regime intends to internationally achieve against NUP with the Sovereignty Bill what it sought to locally achieve against it with Mao's IPOD directive.
Gideon Nova Kwikiriza@KwikirizaNova

Y’all remember how the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, @norbertmao , issued a statutory instrument placing IPOD under the National Consultative Forum, making it mandatory for political parties to subscribe to IPOD by law. This statutory instrument was targeting the NUP, with the sole purpose of restricting its access to public financing for elections, an objective that was, to a large extent, achieved. To their shock, NUP went on to run a massive nationwide campaign, reaching nearly every part of the country. This raised questions about how such mobilization was possible without close to 3 billion shillings they’re denied. It later emerged that significant support came from Ugandans in the diaspora, who contributed to sustaining NUP’s political activities. This is part of what is now informing the introduction of the “Protection of Sovereignty Bill,” in which Ugandans living and working abroad are, controversially, framed as foreigners. It’s troubling how laws that are broadly applied to citizens are sometimes introduced with the underlying aim of targeting a specific group. Uganda 🙌

Mulago hospital requested for only 2.6 billion to be able to provide better meals for admitted patients. Gov't said there is no money yet M7 is casually giving MPs 35 billion for swearing in. Currently patients in general wards at Mulago are served posho and beans.

I don’t know where DJ Apeman of the #silverbackDjs is but if you attended his party at Monot between 2016-2020, and then @DjAludah ‘s sets, you’ll accept that DJs are the best emcees on their sets, unfortunately all DJs can’t emcee. We come in to give life to the party.

@WinnieKiiza Museveni experience is irrelevant in this era, wars are being fought using AI Tools, UAVs. The global dynamics have changed. Anyway it's kasujja, I think it's better for me to lower my expectations

Allan, experience is of value, but if we all clung to office once we gain deep expertise, there would be no guardians for the future, and nations would sink with us as ‘sole visionaries’. We cannot die in these seats and drag nations with us. It’s not patriotic and certainly not fair. True leadership means knowing when your knowledge is best used from the driving seat or when it’s time to step aside into an advisory role. Our experience should lead to graceful transitions, not indefinite rule.

40bn squeezed out of a struggling, poverty-stricken, heavily indebted population and gifted to NRM MPs. All known public finance procedures thrown outside the window! Many times, you wonder what more you can say about this country called Uganda. Did I hear Museveni tell those MPs not to be corrupt? Only to crown the retreat with a grand corruption scandal! #FreeUgandaNow

Gov’t keeps giving out tax payers’ money to private companies, to the benefit of the individual owners and not the citizens; *Inspire Africa coffee factory in Ntungamo-180 billion shs. *DEI Biopharma-724 billion. *Atiak sugar factory-668 billion. *Roko-263 billion. In the proposed budget FY 2026/2027, Gov’t plans to add these entities more money. If this isn’t theft, I don’t know what is! #KeepingTheGovtInCheck
