This is so crass.
Honestly, this is the kind of thing people should actually be fixating on tonight and asking real questions about.
Is that real bread? Is it dummy bread? Because even if it turns out to be fake, the visual alone is still deeply tone deaf.
Bread is one of the most basic food staples. In a country where people are constantly talking about food inflation, hunger and poverty, a designer and a client sat down, brainstormed this concept, executed it and photographed it.
The image screams excess and waste, and this idea shouldn’t be seen anywhere near high fashion artistry.

@blaccmajek UK dey learn where US people dey, everybody get their own distant cheating routine in the US.
English

A woman cannot love a man and still cheat on him but a man can love a woman and still be cheating on her because he's wired to cheat.
Now it's clear that women are more wired to cheat but have stayed disciplined or did theirs with small shame. What a time to be alive.

He built an app for their baby and bought her a car, that's a real lover boy right there, my type of intentionality. He is even paying her school fee too 😔 yoo She never really loved him this love thing is scary. 💔
English

@aniky_bee Na the modern kitchen dey pain you? Okay no worry she go cook am for una bushy and dusty kitchen next time so people go know say na Yoruba dish.
English

@OgeDichiVic If you like set boundary, subdue and control her like a slave, a cheat is cheat and there never will be any manual to put them in check.
English

When I say things my husband does to me to keep me in check, these ladies bring up terms for it because they know how much they want to dominate, so they h8te to see men take control.
Brothers, be firm with leadership especially when it concerns women.
A man is crashing out because the wife he is struggling and working hard to pay school fees for in GBP is busy sleeping with another man under his own roof. He is crashing out because the pãin is deep.
Take this as a warning: don’t repeat history. Be firm. Set boundaries. STOP BEING AN INTENTIONAL MAN ALL THE TIME.
When it comes to a woman, love her carefully, set those boundaries. Teach her your ways firmly and with wisdom. She will adjust. And if she refuses to adjust, those early signs should not be ignored, if not you'll see WONDERS

@Iam_DjPhynxt @Omolomo_o You wan constantly give person problem forgetting say you wey consistently dey fetch ants infested fire wood can never smell peace. Go on unfolding chaos and peace would only remain a dream to you.
English

@Omolomo_o That's why as a man that wants to stay feared by his woman, you gats dey give her problem cos once woman dey call you real man just know you're doing too much as a man already

English

@Light6476842792 @chef_amakaa If she had mentioned yoruba without being specific, y'all would still cry.
English

@chef_amakaa You mentioned Ijebu but failed to properly credit them. Saying ‘Ijebu people are enjoying’ is not the same as recognising where it actually came from.
Also, when referring to Yoruba subgroups, their broader Yoruba identity shouldn’t erased.
I am Yoruba from the Ijebu kingdom.
English

@Teeniiola Because she is married to a yoruba man she must become yoruba by fire by force until she decides to contest for a political post in yoruba land then she suddenly not yoruba enough. Una madness no get cure and never will.
English

@Olaun101 @K_Basharr If at this point you still think one hates the other the more then keep fooling. The hatred is mutual, pressed down, shaken together and running over in equal measure on both sides from y'all jobless individuals.
English

@K_Basharr With the way our culture is being generalised as Nigerian culture or a deliberate attempt to rewrite, it is necessary to spell things out correctly. Average Ibo man harbours hatred for Yoruba, and if u doubt me , you Yoruba buts can relocate to southeast and let's see something

Chefs in the house. What are the list of spices I need to add to my kitchen except curry and thyme?
English

@JephthahSly @IdongesitUduehe So preparation complexity determines the value of a soup. C'mon na.
English

@IdongesitUduehe For some reasons, I feel white soup is overrated. No special skill or technique just pound yam, put plenty meat, put uyaya, put uziza, then pepper. But you see afang or editan, if you don't know, you don't know. If you're not skillful, you're wasting your time.
English

Ever heard of Afia Efere Ebot (White soup) ???
The absolute best!

@OzorNdiOzor Exactly the question I kept asking some of my colleagues during the last election and for most of them the amswer was "Igbo people are too proud/arrogant" and just like you I felt unsafe. I looked for every opportunity and left for good.
English

“Igbo-phobia is real.
I’m not even joking.
There’s someone who has been asking me out for a while now. I’ve never encouraged it, never taken anything from him, and I’m not interested. That’s just background.
This morning at the office, someone mentioned a discussion on Arise TV about Peter Obi and Kwankwaso. Before I could even respond, this same man jumped into the conversation with so much intensity and said, “God forbid an Igbo man becomes president.”
I was shocked.
He went further to say that it would be over his dead body, that he dreads Igbo people, and that he would rather suffer than be led by an Igbo man.
I asked him why. I genuinely wanted to understand where that level of hatred comes from. His response? “Igbo man? God forbid. I would rather die.”
In that moment, something shifted for me.
We often hear people blame history, especially the civil war, but let’s be honest this kind of deep-rooted hatred didn’t start there, and it hasn’t ended there either.
For the first time in a long time, I felt unsafe. And for the first time in my life, I caught myself wondering what it would mean for Igbo people to truly look inward and prioritize their own safety and future.
This isn’t about politics. This is about humanity.
No one should be hated simply for where they come from.
You would rather a whole country crumbles than give an Igbo man a chance.
And on a personal note if you carry that kind of hatred for Igbo people, there is no space for friendship with me. I take my safety seriously.
We can’t keep pretending this isn’t real.”
