Rockstar Energy is withdrawing its sponsorship of Wireless Festival in light of Ye headlining the event. It is now the fourth brand to distance itself from the festival, following Pepsi, Diageo, and PayPal. (via Far Out Magazine)

@BappoCantWin @kanyestreams1 From what Iโve read, once they found out, there were discussions between Wireless and these sponsors from behind the scenes and they ultimately decided to go ahead and pull out. So I do believe they were blind sighted by Kanye being announced. I donโt think they knew prior

@BappoCantWin @kanyestreams1 Did they though? Wireless has been around for over a decade. These sponsors have always been a part of the festival. Itโs likely they didnโt get a pre heads up on whoโs headlining the show and found when everybody else did. Had meetings, and decided to pull out.
