@2degreesmobile Hi, thanks for getting back. The problem was I switched to a new phone (Oppo A5) and despite cloning off my old phone the default multi messaging changed from SMS to MMS. Not the point though, MMS should cost no more than SMS given how cheap data is.

Hey @2degreesmobile. I accidently sent a group MMS instead of a group SMS. Just text, and got hit with a $2.50 charge. Why are you still charging so much for these when data is so cheap. You're reaping rewards from peoples errors. I thought it was your job to be fair?

@2degreesmobile I’ve had no internet since yesterday. I rang your support nunber twice, but after a few minutes the phone goes dead. I’ve done the usual - restart router etc.
