Absolutely done with @HalifaxBank it’s been three weeks trying to transfer an ISA on behalf of my father. Called today and after 10 minutes of security checks I was transferred to the ISA department who are closed at the weekend! 🤬🤬🤬

Let me get this straight, Bournemouth have a long throw, we clear it, and it's now over the 6 minutes allocated.
