🚨 I spoke with my defense attorney friend. I wanted to understand what the indictments means and what prosecutors could have against Donald Trump. He has read what was available to the public. Here is what he says should stick out to everyone. - They have evidence Trump controlled and directed a criminal enterprise. - They got multiple people to turn over evidence. - They have recordings, text messages and emails proving these crimes. - They have testimony from sources that could provide evidence. - They have intentions from those indicted that they knew what they did or are doing is a crime. - This high of a profile case their evidence is air tight. - They have sworn testimony from those indicted who participated in the criminal enterprise. - They have evidence that those involved knew privately their claims of election interference are false. My friend made it clear as a defense attorney the Indictments out of Georgia would be more concerning than Manhattan and perhaps DC if he was Trump's defense.
