And one more thing: I've been here longer than most. Many of of you consider me to be "part of the Cabal" or something. But back in 2019-2021 I was just some random dude with no money sitting at university watching @IOHK_Charles videos every single day. I went to Singapore for my exchange semester and got stuck in my room there for months because of Covid. Charles made videos every single day, I watched all of them. Literally. ADA was at 2ct. And with every video I got more excited about the possibilities of Crypto. Making the world a better place and all this. Then I launched a Stake Pool, after weeks of trying to figure out. The real OGs back then were people like Kyle, Rick, Andrew, etc. who made posts in the Cardano Forum about how to set up a pool. No one cared about my pool, it had almost no delegation. But then launching NMKR in April 2021 was what allowed me to somehow go straight from uni to building a company and being a part of this community for 5+ years now. Forever grateful for this opportunity. It's really unique path & I hope many more get the inspiration to just build some stuff and see what happens.

hit a 5 plate (220kg) deadlift for the first time today. felt so good i got 3 reps. went back to check phone, had stopped recording 🤣 recharged, managed to pull a single a few minutes later. started training in sept '22 as a 37 y/o doing @SS_strength with an empty barbell.

@masatoalexander @SS_strength It doesn’t matter you did incredible job that’s a great lift. But if you sit in tight , roll it in you can help use the motion of the bar in one connected movement when it touches and break it. Met the big man last week !!

@jpdesign_31 @SS_strength ahh the thor/eddie hall thing! usually start just with shins on the bar, but i notice i knocked it forward before pulling here. was a dumb attempt to capture what 220kg looked like the first day i got it, after having done an AMRAP attempt and getting 3 reps.

@masatoalexander @SS_strength You see a lot of big lifters roll the bar toward them and break it as it gets behind the line of their knees when it tucks into their shins. Allows you to remain in strong position and get it in position without moving shins to the bar
