This is an example of one of my biggest pet peeves, and one of the most common flaws even the best VALORANT pros have when it comes to communication. There are better examples to demonstrate this but I ceebs finding one for now. Your goal as a teammate when it comes to relaying information is to relay what you know as a fact, not what you extrapolate based on the information you know. Your teammates have brains and can easily see the conclusion you came to as a possibility as well. When you relay your extrapolation of the information (your opinion) as a fact instead of the information you are actually getting, you are essentially lying to your teammates and stripping their individuality of decisions from them. One other fatal issue that this will inevitably create within a team environment is a void of trust for the specific individual's relay of information. Trust is not something that can decidedly be given or taken away, it is developed over time and if someone's relay of information is consistently just their guesses and not what is factual, then the most natural conclusion is that everyone will simply take the information they share with a grain of salt.

@Cr7Godbrand Women have absolutely no capability to think outside of themselves. Even their own children are a means to nag their men into removing as many responsibilities and burdens from themselves as possible and shifting it to their men while telling them it's still not good enough.

Do modern women think bills stop just because they have children? Do they ever think outside the box and consider that the man also needs enough sleep because he still has to wake up and go to work? What is the man supposed to do?..wake up and breastfeed the baby? Why is there such an obsession with criticizing men for not going through the exact same experience as mothers? It sometimes feels like women just can’t stand seeing a man sleep, no matter how tired he is. Isn’t that crazy?

On top of that, there are practical responsibilities: providing financial stability, handling plumbing or electrical problems, dealing with pests, and fixing things around the home. At the same time, they’re expected to be patient and understanding of her mental health struggles, emotional burdens, unhappiness, postpartum challenges, personal issues, cravings, and childcare demands. When you step back and look at it, does this really feel like a balanced partnership or more like the ma. carrying the weight that used to be shared by a whole “village”? And if you miss even one of those expectations, you risk being labeled as heartless, emotionless, or as not caring about your woman. Keep listening to women. They see you as their superior in theory.

@it_unprofession I don’t understand the obsession with overly complex board games. I worked all day i don’t want to memorize 10,000 rules The one upside is that it tells you a lot about the people you play with. Usually the people throwing tantrums never played sports.

My friend invited me to his "casual game night." I thought that meant snacks and maybe Uno. He dimmed the lights, pulled out a whiteboard, and said, "We'll start with Catan, obviously." Obviously. Within 20 minutes, three grown adults were accusing each other of "sheep hoarding" with the intensity of a custody battle. One guy slammed his hand on the table and yelled, "You broke our wheat alliance, Trevor." I don't even know Trevor. I'm just trying to figure out why there's a resource called "ore" and why I'm emotionally invested in it. At one point, someone looked me dead in the eye and asked if I wanted to trade wood. I haven't recovered. We finished at midnight and my friend said, "Next time we'll do something light, like Twilight Imperium." I Googled it. That's not a board game. That's a part-time job with lore.

My daughter has not seen her biological dad since she was four. She's 11 now. When she was two he contacted me and asked if I would allow him to terminate his parental rights so he could stop paying child support and I agreed...! wanted to spare her the heartache of a revolving door father and the sacrifice of the financial support was well worth him never being able to disappoint her again. I never lied to her about where he went or who her dad was.. I have always answered her questions in the most age appropriate way possible. When she was four he contacted me and told me he has been diagnosed with cancer and would like to see her. I set aside a day and we met in the park. He had asked for two hours. He stayed 20 minutes and we never heard from him again.. Over the summer we ran into somebody that knows him and they commented on how she looks like his other children. They elaborated that he has settled down and has a family now. My stomach tied itself in knots thinking of how hurtful that must be to my daughter.. I cut the conversation short and we got in the car to leave and that's when I saw her smiling. She said "mom.. He figured out how to be a dad. That's such a nice thing. I'm happy for his kids." And that's he day an 11 year old taught me all need to know about forgiveness.
