I have never seen any woman make a scene over a man (being respectful) letting his little girls use the womens bathroom. Firstly, Zizo's arm just grazes De Cuyper's neck/face. Secondly, the contact is incidental, and only happens because De Cuyper actively sought to obstruct Zizo, who had made the dribble.
