The last few months have been the hardest since DPM started.
Our development relied entirely on one person. When that collaboration broke down, everything stopped. And because of how that situation unfolded, there was no clean handover, no path forward I could force open. I was locked out of my own project's progress, by someone else's choices, not mine.
The situation was sensitive, professionally and legally. Saying the wrong thing publicly would have made everything worse. So I stayed silent and focused on fixing it behind the scenes.
I know how frustrating that was, I know it looked like nothing was happening, like we disappeared. That silence was just as painful on my side believe me. I was working every single day to find a way through. I just couldn't show it yet.
What I could control, I threw myself into. RFT became my focus. If I couldn't move DPM forward, I was going to make sure something was still moving, something was still being built. That's a big part of why RFT is live today, ahead of where it was ever expected to be, and before the App which was planned for October.
I take full responsibility for the structural risk. We should never have been in a position where one person stepping away could freeze the entire project. I underestimated how fragile that structure becomes when a departure doesn't go smoothly. That's what made this so damaging, and that's what I've made sure can never happen again.
That chapter is fully closed now.
A completely new development team is in place and actively building. Clear roles, distributed responsibilities, no single point of failure. The structure is different at its core.
Development officially resumes today. The immediate priority is to fix the website, getting everything cleaned up properly and restoring full performance and trust. The app will follow under this new foundation.
From now on you'll see consistent and visible progress. No more silence. If something's being worked on, you'll know about it. The difference from here will be day and night.
Thank you genuinely for your patience and your support. We're back, and better prepared than we've ever been.
DPM is all my life, thank you for making that dream possible โค๏ธโค๏ธ
