@PlayFor90 @FortheGloryKC I don’t but I will give it a listen. Screams to me he whiffed on players and the manager and didn’t have any back up plans. Failed signings is either lack of negotiation knowledge or lack of understanding. Both suck just like the season and next.

@kc_jack Do you listen to my podcast? (@FortheGloryKC) We were in a panic most of the offseason. We didn't scream and yell, but it was wild how bad the offseason went until after the games kicked and they added some guys. Unprecidented amount of failed signings.

Tonight was a terrible performance, no doubt. But we're 8 games into a COMPLETE rebuild. We knew it would be rough. We all said it. Vent away, but firing everyone (Wicky, Lee, [insert player]) or asking Mallouk who just took over to sell is ridiculous. #SportingKC

@downthebyline It was worse than you could have imagined. No possession, terrible give away and a theme from years past no adjustments besides giving up easier goals. Just embarrassing that you knew you had a rebuild and didn’t even start to do anything about it. You have 2 real starters.

@PlayFor90 @SkcFan18287 So do you think he is the answer? He was terrible with Chicago & hasn’t shown anything positive this year. I know it’s early but not one positive thing. The GM has done a worse job. He waited to long to get a manager and then fumbled every signing. What grade would you give

@kc_jack @SkcFan18287 It's 7 games into a total rebuild (8 if you count this US Open Cup game). It's awful to watch, but that's not enough time with how late this team was built (and it's arguable it's NOT built yet).

@kc_jack They are in the exact same position in the standings they were a year ago. It's bad. But the roster wasn't built. The coach couldn't even coach for half of preseason b/c of visa issues. It's a mess, but an interim coach for 80% of another season isn't going to do any good.

@klseaboldt When you think Lame Thomas is the answer for jump starting your offense you deserve to lose. Over the last 1+ season he is hitting worse than Renfroe and MJ. They were released and talked about as problems yet Q says he should play and bat 3rd.

@SorenPetro @klseaboldt there is no justification or excuse to remove your number 3 hitter who is struggling and replace him with the worst hitter on the team. Lane Thomas has worse number than MJ did the last 2 years. That is hard to do. Yet he plays and bats 3rd.

@klseaboldt since Thomas was traded to Cleveland in 24 he is hitting .183 in 316 AB with 116 SO and 31 BB. 11 HR 13 2B. MJ since 24 hitting .190 in 472 AB 136 SO 38 BB 18HR 25 2B. Why does Thomas get the benefit?

@SorenPetro @klseaboldt at what point does it become a fireable offense to bat Thomas 5th. I say anytime after today. I know the team is not hitting but when you continue to bat a guy who hasn’t been good since the middle of 2024 that’s on you as the manager.
