Imagine fishing for hours and not catching any fish. Not one. Now it’s dark, cold. You’re hungry, thirsty, tired, bones aching, disappointed, beating up on yourself, wishing you never came. The moment you defend a personality by borrowing glory that belongs to Christ alone, and then get angry at the people protecting that glory, you are not following the Jesus of the Bible. You are following a counterfeit christ that exists to flatter men, excuse compromise, and keep sacred lines blurry. Yes, Christians are called to follow Christ. No, that does not mean we start wrapping rulers in messianic healing imagery and pretending it is normal because “we are like Christ.” That is not discernment. That is confusion. The real Jesus Christ is the healer, the Savior, and the one who gets the glory. The false jesus of this age is always happy to let another man step into that light. That is why I am calling it out.

He is letting things surface that reveal where hearts truly are, what people will excuse, who they will defend, and whether they will keep the glory with Jesus Christ or hand it to another. Tests do not always come with a warning label. Sometimes they come through images, narratives, personalities, and public moments that force you to choose between blind loyalty and biblical discernment. And the frightening thing is how many are failing the test while calling it faith. When people will not prove all things, will not judge righteous judgment, will not abstain from the appearance of evil, and will defend anything as long as it comes from their favorite man, that is not spiritual maturity. That is exposure. God is letting it come into the light. He is showing who fears Him and who just fears losing their idol.

Why did he alter the image to put a Satanic god over his head? Maybe for the same reason he wouldn't put his hand on the Bible when being sworn in as president. You can’t make this stuff up! I founded Pastors for Trump and have met with President Trump several times in the Oval Office. Every time people enter the Oval, he immediately points out two golden angels above the doors coming in and then tells the story of how an angel was with him in Butler, PA, and that God spared his life. President Trump has repeatedly stated how Jesus Christ is not only Lord but his personal Lord and Savior. I can confidently say that President Trump does not remotely think he is Jesus, but President Trump knows that he needs God’s blessing and favor to accomplish the mission of Making America Great Again.
