I get why you’d address rule breaking specifically in this, but based on the experience of the last two years nobody is going to be able trust it. I can’t see anyone changing their view now, and I don’t think there is much that could be written that would change that.

@keyjahn @esc_gabe In Bosnia & Herzegovina there are Bosnian Croats with Croatian passport+Bosnian, Bosnian Serbs with Serbian passport+Bosnian and just Bosnians with just their own passport… In this case Marko is (I think) Bosnian Croat.
