I'm honestly SHOCKED at how the general public still has NO IDEA Artemis II is, right this minute, taking humans to the moon and will be the furthest humans have ever flown. Every non-space nerd I've talked to has no idea. WE MUST GET PEOPLE STOKED!!!!

@LandonTengwall The only time a situation would come up like this in a game is when someoneโs desperately trying to either pick up a first down or get in the endzone by basically sacrificing their body for the team lol thereโs not reason to practice this ๐

No one is making them do this. Being able to play high level D1 football is a privilege first of all. Now some can earn millions on top of that. They get free food and housing and most donโt have families to support.
Also, theyโre contractors providing services not W2 employees.
There does need to be rules and structure in place.

@Sleepy11323 What they earn at the next level is a non-issue. What are their responsibilities for their school and program? They are on a professional schedule, and the plan is to add more playoff games. Tell me how they arenโt employees.

The transfer portal has screwed up college sports. My bill is simple: you get 5 consecutive years to play 5 seasons and you get 1 transfer. After that, if you transfer again, you sit out a year. This will fix 80% of the issues in NIL today.
