My tip for getting 150g+ the lazy way is to get creative with whey e.g mix it with coffee and drink it through the morning.
Alternatively mix 2 scoops of chocolate whey with 1/4 cup of water, it turns thick like batter with Nutella consistency. Add to crepes/oats etc.

I had greek yogurt + granola + peanut butter + banana + blueberries in a bowl for breakfast (~35g protein, ~800 kcal)
I'll probably get a 10pc boneless wings later (~85g / ~1100kcal)
Add 2 scoops of whey (60g / 300 kcal) .
Total protein = 180g
Total calories = ~2200kcal

Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone is a 12:05 minute long song. It’s not until 3:53 that you hear someone sing a word. Labels are not letting bands cook like this on the intro anymore and we are losing!!!

@ARutabana Fr! The execution is a bit unclear but I honestly believe the ethos of Umuganda and open-source software are 1:1. You get a volunteer force to show up consistently and the ball will roll itself after a while

Because yeah if I really loved it why am I never making any? To be clear I'd like to. I have plenty of ideas I think would be cool to try and I know I don't have to play for anyone but myself so I couldn't give af about being good. So why am I just a consumer? Why do I care I am?
