I’ve had a complaint with Sky weeks ago, they supposedly resolved it but I’ve messaged @SkyGroup @SkyHelpTeam several times as not heard anything and constantly get ignored, this is worse than the rude delivery I had. Not acceptable #skyservice

Trying to reach out to the @SkyHelpTeam social media team here on X is like trying to get blood out of a stone 🤦🏽‍♀️ if they checked there inboxes or tags they would see.
