Car stolen last week; Lexus .. it took the thieves 6 mins with a Disklock on the car and keys in a Faraday Box. Pathetic Lexus security (NX 450). Now in dispute @ AdmiralUK; they have provided no evidence on their valuation! Ombudsman bound I fear. @AdmiralUK; @LexusUK

@LexusUK well done for selling a car that can’t sit for 5 days without the battery going flat. My “Experience Amazing” today was trying to start the car for our trip to the airport. Jumper pack locked in the boot. £55k NX, £88 jumper = bad design and bad ownership experience.

Disgusting behaviour from you @LexusUK all I want is a part for my car which is simple to fit but your rude staff at the reading branch suggested I bring the car in for £200 an hr labour to fit that part. Just sell me the part, why do I need to spend labour & part money?😡😡

@LexusUK What is happening? I have a serious issue with a local service centre and have just phone Customer Service on 0345 129 5484 to be told by a recording that they are only open Mondya to Friday 9-5 (or something similar) It's 10:54 on a Thursday!!

@LexusSolihull “Warning: Lexus Solihull aftersales has been shocking. Service booking accepted then cancelled last minute, told to travel miles elsewhere. Very rude call handler, zero customer service. Great at selling cars, poor once you’ve bought. Not recommended. @LexusUK

Disappointed with my experience at @Lexuswolverhamp Bought a Lexus UX 6 months ago. If left idle for 1–2 days, it won’t start & needs a jumpstart. This has happened 3 times. Roadside assist says battery issue, yet dealership says car is “fine”. Clearly smthg isn’t right @LexusUK
