@flarup I like the overall direction of the new icons but they need to do a sweep through them as I do not feel they are consistent in their style yet and some, like this are not quite right yet. I think this has a blur to it that does not match other icons.

QuickTime keeps evolving. I’m into the new layered look. What about you?

@immasiddx I personally think Google should go back to rotating through partners. Working with each one to release the official "Pixel" phone for that year/period and work together. It shows the difference with Android VS the more closed IOS/Apple echo system.

Who should be the face of Android? Google Pixel or Samsung Galaxy S series? 👀 Samsung’s UI is crap and Pixel hardware lacks a lot.

@dannydevaneio @TheAppleDesign AS Renan pointed out. Older Mac OS was all glass. You can even pull up keynotes of him sitting at an imac talking about glass look and feel. It was just limited to the tech of the time but he was a fan. People would also point you to some aspects of the first iOS as well.

@andrewjclare There has been the rumour of full rounded icons like Vision OS. Mockups looked good and it does look like they have more rounded corners? But they went against the bigger change. I think it would have been good. Why do you think they did not go for it?

The updated icons in iOS 26 look so good. The perfect refresh iOS needed.

@SnazzyLabs @InvaderDJ Apparently the TRUMP organisation are trying to get legislation through to have bare minimum to be able to put "Made in America" on all their merch which is made in China. Simply putting the "Made in America" label on is basically what they trying to pass as made in USA.

@SnazzyLabs It is only a render, the camera lenses clearly are botched and there is no flash. It will be an Android phone from some cheap supplier and never made in America. It will likely have some form of mailware/bloatware for them to leach data. The data page is a mess as well.

@SarahPerezTC Thank you for your article regarding the Instagram Ban wave. Mum's, dads (like myself) and others being accused of CSE when you had just some NORMAL pictures of your kids and having all your META accounts banned has been upsetting and stressful.

@Adobe Has anyone raised the concern that you can guess someones Creative Cloud email and get their profile photo and wether it is a personal account or not? Maybe login should not do that for privacy reasons?

@plusluca The stuff I am seeing, as a UX designer and developer as well is really beginning to get on my nerves. Apple clearly wanted a wider test audience but I would have kept the first releases in the developer program only I think.

@MajinBuOfficial Neither. But the latter concept for reduction of wasted space and overlay to allow more of the background to be shown is the right direction. I think the problem though is just how much of a hard curve they have on the display so to space things correctly does not work right.
