@shoshanahjacobs @Sflecce Let’s be real. Most crowded school zones are a traffic nightmare on a sunny day. Imagine that in the dark 😑 my mind goes to school crossing guards in 4th grade specifically.

The eclipse is scheduled to happen just as students are getting out of class for the day. The precautionary approach is to shift a PD day to this one to minimize harm to kids. The only thing that @Sflecce expects is for you to turn against teachers.
