@DarkLordSaiko Didnt even rly nerfed Neon just nerfed shotguns. I just dont know why they would try a similar thing they did with waylay and have a windup for her speed, make them more intentional

I wouldve probably given her some penalty for getting hit while using her fuel. -20 fuel per dmg instance and she loses most momentum. this puts KJ and Cypher back into the meta, without overdoing their kit. And probably kept her still a fine pick on some maps still!!

I wish riot made nerfing an agent as unique as they did with jett, They just made Neon bad. And not to mention the biggest issue about it was the accuracy with sliding. This patch couldve easily kept this duelist in the meta if we just increased the pullout time for shotguns.

@ajeebtech most teams use pracc/gankster to get their scrims but its really inconvenient to check ranks and fill out requests on the sites, and you have to do it every single day even if you're looking for the same scrims p much
