since i'm back home in india i think i can finally try to verbalize what this past week at ICML and in seoul was like this was my first time going outside my country and i decided to go alone, all on my own expense, and i barely had anyone to talk to, solo travel is very lonely man i honestly didn't even fully know what ICML was going in, i'm literally just a 2nd year undergrad, so the job boards asking for PhDs were... humbling ended up learning more just walking the poster sessions than i have in a veryyyy long time, met some remarkable people and i am so fricking grateful for this and being part of something insane the people in seoul have been nothing but kind and i never felt like i lost my way, until next time :D
