@FitbitSupport I already contacted a csr rep and they confirmed that the battery was defective and offered another replacement. I hope the next one sent to me works this time.
@FitbitSupport I had a fitbit Charge HR that was defective, so customer svc offered to send a replacement. However, the replacement that was sent was ALSO defective, so they offered to send another one. The third one was also defective.

@flyPAL I just found out from one of your CSR that a flight that I will be taking a few weeks will be delayed. If this is already in your system, how come we haven’t received a proper notification?
