@flyPAL PAL and @Expedia canceled our flight so we booked another flight. Now PAL and Expedia reinstated the original purchase and are charging us twice. Talk about horrible service.... basically a scam.

@flyPAL I paid to reserve seats together for my kids and me, but after a plane change our seats were reassigned separately without warning. I’ve called 4 times, calls keep dropping after 9 minutes, and the issue is still unresolved. Very frustrating experience.

I love how @flypal says they were going to get the matter of leaving my family stranded for FIVE DAYS settled in a timely manner. 44 weeks ago. Such an incompetent airline. It's wonderful that Delta will be providing flights to the Philippines, with up to date planes, soon.

I flew with Philippine Airlines recently. One of my flights was canceled and then the replacement was delayed by a few hours. They gave everyone cake, water, and coffee while we were waiting (it was late at night) and then they just sent me $50 credit. So different than the US.

It’s been almost 5 months and @flyPAL didn’t even bother to compensate the amount I have paid out of my pocket when they cancelled their flight in Seattle. I had my toddler with me and all they offered was chips and soda. It was an overnight flight, no hotel accommodation given.
