@flyPAL @flyPAL Why did u guys deny my elderly parents boarding with over an hour of flight time. They are travelling from India . My dad told you his health issues. Your flight left 45 min late!!! That’s 2 hours they could have got on. Now they are stranded in phillipines HELP!
