@alexgleith Thanks! What do you mean by the data? I'm sure I missed something obvious. I was attempting to follow github.com/stac-utils/pys… Does odc-stac work with local STAC catalogs? I tried this but it appears to need a web client? Agreed on the data custodians!

@map_andrew Why does the STAC Item only point to an image and not the data? It would be good to go full circle and demonstrate using the STAC Item to load data, i.e., with odc-stac. It would be nice if the data custodians provided a STAC API so that we can just use the data too hey!

Quite disappointed that Sentinel-1C does not have a ride booked yet. We have been without data from Sentinel-1B for more than 2 years - half the capacity of what it should have been. Big loss for science, environment and society!
