@easyJet I've been trying all day as I have two cancelled flights and had to travel with another company to get home. Hence why I want to claim my expenses back.
@easyJet when will your expenses claim page be back up and running? I had two flights cancelled and had to book with another airline to get home as you couldn't provide a flight until 72hrs after my original flight time.
@VodafoneUK I was seen by the manager who said she couldn't do anything to help my query. I left (annoyed) and rang 191, spoke to Adam from the Manchester office who resolved my issue and reinstated a refund, he was brilliant! Not good service in the Weybridge store...
@VodafoneUK I have been in store for over half an hour waiting to talk with a member of staff. Took that long to sell a handset worth £700! Never have I seen a store make it so hard to buy a product...hopefully I'll be seen soon... #NotImpressed
