Read the judgement and order. It was nothing to do with evidence or the merits of the claim, it was entirely a geographical issue. The evidence proving the sexual harassment and that Baldoni and his cohort are sexual predators and ran the smear campaign will still all be heard in Court because it is evidence relevant to why he and his scum associates orchestrated the smear campaign against her, and that will be tried in Court.

Megyn says Candace’s questions about this investigation are fair game. Candace’s questions are psychotic and most involve blaming Erika. Nobody needs Candace’s “investigative” skills.
