I tamed a Chocobo tonight and now I'm off to complete side quests in The Grasslands. It amazes me that this is even running on Switch. I tried a little Queen's Blood too. Seems interesting. Most curious about Gold Saucer's games in full game tho.

Just noticed the video quality isn't great on X. Game actually looks and runs fine on the Switch 2. Locked 30FPS, but feels higher on my 4K monitor with high refresh rate. It's been a long time coming, but I'm getting my first real taste of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth tonight. I never would've thought I'd be playing it on the Switch, but here we are. I'm looking forward to checking out Kalm and The Grasslands. #NintendoSwitch2 #FinalFantasyVIIRebirth

Of course, I'm just using my knowledge of the original FF7's map for reference. I haven't had a chance to play FF7 Rebirth before. I do know that each of the regions are heavily fleshed out, though. So, the Midgar region is a far more detailed area with a bunch of side quests.

Radical timing. I just installed a Switch 2 SD card last night, and this morning, a demo for FF7 Rebirth has appeared. Looks like it clocks in at 45.1GB. Chapters 1 and 2 included. I'm guessing it encompasses the entire Midgar region before Mythril Mine. @ThomasJohnMurch @GeekyN8

Of course, so many third party games this gen seem to be going the game key card route. They'll use the SD space one way or the other. I figure I might as well just buy those particular games digitally...

Nearly a year late, but I finally have a MicroSD Express card for the Switch 2. I had around $60 in rebates at Best Buy and decided to grab one before the prices get any worse. Now, I'll finally have space for things like FF7 Rebirth and RE9. @ThomasJohnMurch @GeekyN8 @Rev_Thing

For me personally, I don't really play for the story anyway. Each location is a fun little sandbox to experiment in, complete optional challenges, and if the mood strikes, go John Wick Mode.

I think those would be easier for newcomers. I tried to play the very first Hitman from 2000 (Codename 47), but the controls haven't aged all that well. I think Blood Money or WoA would be a good starting point.

I guess Hitman: World of Assassination burned me out on the series for awhile. Absolution seemed like classic Hitman at first, but now it's becoming more linear. Reminds me of Max Payne.

It's always nice when a target takes care of themselves. I couldn't seem to get them to even go into the bathroom a few nights back.

@SierraOnLineUni I still have this screensaver installed in my Windows 3.1 VM. I forgot all about it while doing recordings for Outpost this past week. Was wondering why I kept hearing grunts in the background while editing on Windows 10. It was just Johnny shaking a tree trying to get a coconut.
