#WeWontTakeLoans In a shared ownership we are already paying a mortgage, rent, service charges etc. Shared ownership is an affordable housing product we were eligible for because we couldn't afford to buy 100%. Where would the disposable income come from? #EndOurCladdingScandal

@mingomoni Thanks. Scroll down to “Current employment income” there should be a blue link “Update your estimated income”. Update this for the current tax year, to issue a new tax code to the employer. Rob.

@HMRCcustomers My tax code got changed to K2 recently & when I checked my personal tax account, the estimate was more than three times my actual income. The estimated tax is more than my annual income. Had a change of job half a year ago, but with similar income. What can I do?

@Doge97787070 We got charged over £500 additionally on top of regular service charges for repairs & asked to pay in one hit, just before Christmas. But it's not just service charges. We also got charged the max. rent rise for the 2nd year in a row since @Optivo merged with @SouthernHsg_UK.

But it was. Legal action ensued, the flat was so wet it needed new walls, even the neighbours now struggle with mould. The flat is still empty.
