Upcoming in Cognitive Science, with @xphilosopher: Some behaviors are clearly right or clearly wrong. But for many, it sort of depends... Take replying to emails: when someone replies quickly, that's great. But if they take their time, their tardiness becomes increasingly blameworthy. Blame and praise are a function of the time taken to reply but how exactly do we determine when to blame and when to praise? 1/X
