@VirginAtlantic The request is for pre allocated seats to assist child with autism. My concern is that if we wait until 7 days to 24 hours before flight, the seats will be unavailable and they won't be able to meet our needs.

Hi @hibberthometech , big fan of the show mate! Any advice on GU10 bulbs that can have the power on state configured? ( that are not Phillips hue!) I have hue bridge and use linkind GU10, but can't set power on state :/

@iD_Mobile_UK @rizvanrashid786 This isn't an account specific enquiry! Is there a problem on the network? I have lost 4g data connection too. still able to make calls, although this did also seem to go down for a while around 3pm. The service status checker page on your website isn't working either

@DowndetectorUK Seems to be their DNS is down, this fixed it for me: go to the router page at 192.168.1.1 -> login -> advanced settings -> internet connectivity -> select “manually specify DNS” and then insert 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google’s DNSs) in the two boxes below and voila.

@DowndetectorUK It looks like a DND error, which is the service that turns the web address (URL) in to an network address (IP). So if your computer/device already knows about the IP address and doesn't need to look it up, you may find some websites and apps work.

@DowndetectorUK Yes definitely impacted, DNS is not working, but even when using another DNS provider, pages still very slow to load if at all
