There are a few things less sophisticated than the idea that empowering someone to decide what opinions are and are not allowable is somehow smart or enlightened. It's a religious belief in power to do the right thing, which is belied by history and human bias.
Liberalism, including freedom of speech, is a much more sophisticated idea, positing that a decentralized system, where we don't lobotomize our collective/societal brains, works to the benefit of the advancement of human knowledge in surprising and often counter-intuitive ways.
I'm tired of people who just think “power who agrees with me needs more power”, is the erudite response. That's an old, ancient, elitist oversimplification, that endlessly and predictably lies to itself that it is in fact, new and clever.

Healthcare is a need. If it requires the labor and resources of others, it can't be a right. Those others must be compensated for their efforts and have no obligation to offer their services for free (though many are kind enough to do so, within limits).
