Once I read this thing where a woman said that she will not read any books on productivity, time management, habits or how to live the best life if they're written by men because they were able to manage that time or build those life changing habits because they HAD A WIFE. Instead, this person said they would only read female-authored books on that subject--moms or wives that did the laundry, worked, and still got stuff done. I think about that a lot.

Biggest lesson I’ll tell my younger scientist self? Take more breaks. It’s easier to pull yourself self from an *almost* burnout than a full one. That blot can wait, those stack of to-read papers will still be there after your break, a refreshed you is >>>>>>>> all else.
