What I’ll probably remember the most though is the lab itself. People from different states- all different stories. Somehow it works. Festivals, random chai breaks, retreats… it never felt like just work.

2 years in IVLab… & it honestly feels like little lifetime❣️ @Ishwariya13 Mam & I wrote 8 proposals (yes, that many). 3 shortlisted, & lucky to get 1, then I joined in 2024, stepping into something new & unfamiliar- but mam took a leap of faith on me & truly grateful she did...

We've been obsessed with the 3D genome lately. Our preprint will tell you why. We mapped 3D topology, layer by layer, across Development and Injury, guess what?! Neurons retain latent cellular memory that triggers rewiring of the 3D genome upon injury!!! biorxiv.org/content/10.648…
