@chlocoate I remember being deep into my ED and genuinely thinking โif I think of (whatever food) as some other yummy high cal food my brain will subconsciously digest it as if Iโm having that and make me gain, then I realized how stupid that was

@thx4davenom A slice of pizza is around 200-300, and a breadstick is probably 150-200, the plate couldโve been 800-around 1200, which is below most peopleโs maintenance :)
