Made cookies and decided to see how many cals they were.. 2150 cals for just a little less than 500g of cookie batter… well.

@chlocoate I remember being deep into my ED and genuinely thinking ‘if I think of (whatever food) as some other yummy high cal food my brain will subconsciously digest it as if I’m having that and make me gain, then I realized how stupid that was

@thx4davenom A slice of pizza is around 200-300, and a breadstick is probably 150-200, the plate could’ve been 800-around 1200, which is below most people’s maintenance :)
