Because the story currently focus on tomoro/raito? The story don't have time for glowing dawn to bonding to each other. Like This is the only serious moment between tomoro and reina
Also with how they keep mentioning family family and FAMILY

@Joe_Zone_Layer @odditymon I've seen people ship Kyo with Asuka which works bc they *do* seem to have some kind of past together but also Asuka has been in a coma for 22 and a half episodes 💀
