@TransLink your drivers need more training on disability. I could’ve caught the 99 at Broadway City Hall headed east, if the driver had opened the back door and not the front. But he refused and sat there with only the front door open. 1/2

@TransLink how is possible for the 84 to UBC that’s supposed to arrive at Olympic Village station at 6:08am to be consistently cancelled due to mechanical issues every Tuesday and Thursday these past two weeks? #translink

@oneweedram Good morning. Don't have the specific reasoning as to why that one 99 does that. May be so that it can be able to get back to Commercial Stn in the midst of the rush hour time. But I do show the next 99 would be at Cambie at 6:12. ^MR

@TransLink why do you run one 99 bus that stops at Broadway and Cambie around 6:05am that only goes to Alma? Many of those people wind up waiting at Alma for the next 99 anyway that goes to UBC.

@takeETSalert Arc card system doesn’t work well if you intend to tap off but the reader at the back door is broken. That’s why in Vancouver, they have multiple readers at the back door
