@TransLink I just got off the Skytrain and spent 10 minutes looking for the relocated westbound R4 stop only to have to take Uber in the end (did not find the stop). Could you let your customers know (1) where is the stop now (2) where can we find signage informing of this

@findingbears Good morning, the R4's should definitely be picking up from the temporary stop, I am so sorry to hear that they haven't been. Transit Control is going to send out a reminder to the drivers. Hopefully you'll be picked up soon, if not already. Thank you for your patience today, 1/2

@TransLink whats up with the 418 leaving 22nd st station? Two days in a row the 6 35 am bus is canceled and the next available one is a no show.. are people not supposed to go to work?

@nickpinter Our alerts page: translink.ca/alerts and NextBus are good places to check, as well as subscribing to receive alerts via text message/email, is a good way too. However, in some cases we are made aware of a cancellation after the trip should have already departed, like in 1/2

@TransLink is the 354 - 5:58am departure running? I still have not seen the 5:36am (arrival supposed to be 10 mins go), I’m assuming that has been cancelled? Thanks!

@nickpinter Good morning, Unfortunately the 5:36am trip from White Rock Centre was cancelled today due to a mechanical issue, apologies for the inconvenience. The 5:58am trip departed right on-time and is currently at King George Blvd and 156 St. Which stop are you waiting at? ^LR
