one thing i’m genuinely grateful for lately is seeing people trust the quality of my work before results even drop. opening comments and seeing: “cj probably got this” “he’s definitely winning” “this has his name written all over it” still feels surreal sometimes not even just because of the wins, even on projects i’ve contributed to, getting positive feedback from teams and people around the work has been really encouraging because it shows the consistency, growth and improvements are becoming visible to people too. i don’t win everything, and i still have misses here and there but one thing i always try to do is make sure that whenever i put my name on something, the quality speaks for itself seeing that trust build in real time has honestly been one of the coolest parts of the journey ↓
