@patch_plants when they deliver for the second time plants smaller (and cheaper) than what you ordered and paid for. These are not 150-160cm tall. Very disappointing. Awful experience buying with @patch_plants. One of the others was dried out and crispy too.

Shout out to @patch_plants customer service. Bought a bunch of plants at the end of Dec, noticed one of them was dying a bit too quick, sent an e-mail Wednesday night, got a reply Thursday morning and a replacement plant this morning. Brava.
