2:15p Monday: A narrow but intense line of torrential rain is now working west to east across the Beltway region and areas east of I-270 and I-95 over the next couple of hours. There is one Severe Thunderstorm Warning currently in effect with this line, mainly north and northeast of the Beltway (see below) for damaging wind potential. Elsewhere there are currently no warnings for severe winds or tornadoes, although there is still some potential for a couple of more severe wind warnings and an isolated tornado, so don't let guard down yet. As we said yesterday, there are some strong ingredients in place for severe weather, but not a lock for everyone. A final storm line is possible around 7 to 9 p.m. We think the tornado potential for that line is pretty low, but not zero. There is a better chance of brief burst of winds gusting up to 40-60 mph (perhaps approaching or just reaching severe criteria, which is gusts over 58 mph).

If Josh Allen doesn't play Sunday (or plays a snap or series, etc), the Bills will have to decide if they want to sign another QB to the PS and elevate him, sign one to the 53 so they can elevate two other players, or just have Josh serve as Trubisky's backup for the game.
