1/ ⚠️ This thread is graphic and detailed. It contains descriptions of child rape, torture and institutional cover-up. It is also entirely documented and sourced. It will tell you what has been done to girls in this country, why it was allowed to continue, and why today's inquiry is not enough. PLEASE read it all. You need to read it all. 💾🧵 #RapeGangs #GroomingGangs #OpenJusticeUK #Justice #RapeGangInquiry

@RoKhanna @robbystarbuck Haven't listened yet, but I will. From what I've heard, I disagree with you on just about everything, but I very much appreciate your willingness to have hard conversations like this, as well as reaching across the aisle to get things done, ex. w/ Thomas Massie.

@Rainmaker1973 I wonder if they have to modify the suspension to make this work. That's way more stress on the whole thing than motorcycles are usually built for. Also, how do they stop? So much momentum to try to stop with brakes, and then they'd tip over.

Sophisticated drones attacked Louisiana's Barksdale bomber base It is the first time a US airbase was temporarily put out of operation in wartime, something that never happened even in World War II. asiatimes.com/2026/03/sophis…

Sophisticated drones attacked the US base where we store the nuclear bombers… The drones: * Had non-commercial signals * Were resistant to jamming * Came in waves of 12-15 * Swept over sensitive areas of the base * Had long range control links * Were more advanced than anything seen in Ukraine (Russian drones) * Beyond Iranian capabilities Over the multiple days of incursion, local residents heard explosions which Barksdale claimed was “weapons testing” This is the second base incursion of a sensitive site IN THE US in the last 2 weeks.
Ari Schulman@AriSchulman

This should be the biggest story in the country right now. Barksdale is the HQ for our B52 nuclear bombers, it's where Bush sheltered on 9/11, and the drones are reported as "far more sophisticated than anything seen in Ukraine ... and well beyond Iranian capabilities."

HOLY CR*P 🚨 Minnesota Rep Krista Knudsen says they just found out the state TURNED OFF tracking for money being sent overseas They turned it on for 2 weeks. Saw all the money leaving, and Democrats quickly SHUT OFF TRACKING to allow it to keep happening READ THAT AGAIN “Today in the fraud committee, the Department of Human Services testified that they haven't been tracking the IP addresses of money that's being literally flown out of our state and where it's going. They did turn on that reporting for 2 weeks, and they found that yes, a lot of those IP addresses were tied to overseas computers, and then they quickly shut it off after just 2 weeks of seeing where this money is actually going” “Every time we turn around, it's just more and more fraud scandals in our state”

@MsMelChen I've been told that the only way this is possible is by eliminating poverty and giving everyone free stuff. I can only assume that this is how Venezuela's crime rates dropped? And this must be in spite of our recent intervention there. Congrats to the people who solved poverty!

Objective good and evil exist. Evil doesn't always triumph. This is your reminder to not let those who peddle in moral inversion and obfuscation cloud your judgement. Don't let the blackpillers tell you it can't be done. Good can win - but only if real action is taken.

In a landmark finding, scientists have confirmed that asteroid Ryugu harbors all five nucleobases essential to DNA and RNA—the fundamental “letters” of the genetic code that store and transmit biological information. The nucleobases—adenine, guanine, cytosine, thymine, and uracil—were detected in remarkably balanced quantities within samples returned by Japan’s Hayabusa2 mission. The spacecraft collected just 5.4 grams (about 0.2 ounces) of material from the near-Earth asteroid Ryugu, including both surface dust and fresh subsurface fragments exposed when the probe deliberately impacted the body to eject material. This complete set of nucleobases in one place strengthens the hypothesis that asteroids and meteorites could have delivered key ingredients for life to the early Earth during its formative bombardment phase. Ryugu is not alone in showing extraterrestrial organic chemistry. The famous Murchison meteorite (fell in Australia, 1969) contained amino acids and several nucleobases, while NASA’s OSIRIS-REx mission recently identified similar organic compounds on asteroid Bennu. What sets Ryugu apart is the presence of all five DNA/RNA nucleobases together in roughly comparable abundances, offering the most comprehensive “prebiotic toolkit” yet recovered from space. Researchers believe these molecules likely formed within water-rich environments on a larger parent body that later fragmented to produce Ryugu and similar asteroids. Chemical reactions—possibly mediated by ammonia or other catalysts—over hundreds of millions of years could have produced and preserved these fragile compounds. While the exact pathway of formation remains under investigation, and it is still unclear whether these molecules directly contributed to the origin of life on Earth, the discovery points to a compelling possibility: the basic chemical ingredients required for life may be far from rare. They could be distributed widely throughout the solar system. [“A complete set of canonical nucleobases in the carbonaceous asteroid (162173) Ryugu.” Nature Astronomy, 2026]

@iowahawkblog It's handy to remember these things, so that when your dad tells you to go disc the 20 across the creek from Carstensen's back 40 where the old schoolhouse used to be, you can tell which field he means without having to pull out a plat book.

I give you the near-grid county map of Iowa (1). Almost the entire state is laid out in 1-square mile grids divided by roads. Case in point (2), a two-by-two mile area centered around my boyhood home. Note the divisions; the green square is exactly 160 acres. Easy to divide.

Because the USA is denominated in miles. There are 640 acres in a square mile. 640 can be divided by 2 easily. A square half mile is 160 acres, a square 1/4 mile is 40 acres, a square 1/8 mile is 10 acres. Nobody in America knows what a kilometer is, let alone a hectare
Simon Kuestenmacher@simongerman600

Not coming from an agricultural background, some measurements don’t make intuitive sense to me. A Hectares are easy enough to come to terms with: 10,000 square meters. Easy. An acre?! I still can’t wrap my head around this…
