@KirstyLewin This always amazes me. We constantly point to Holland for cycling guidance. Most of their paths are for pedestrians, cyclists, ebikes and small mopeds. All sharing quite happily with knowledge of heirarchy, on foot is king/queen. Everyone polite. We can do and usually are same.

2023 in Scotland and folk are still being told to get off their bikes and walk. If the Forth Road Bridge management team is concerned about potential conflict in these areas then it should use signs saying ‘give way to pedestrians’. Why can we never have nice things?

@HelenBlackman 8 miles each way, on an eBike will be 45 mins or less. It would take as long for your client to send a vehicle and collect you. Sorry this is a no brainer and if a client is telling you how to travel, think again about them being a client. Unless the client is your mum 😉

#Cycling Twitter, how far do you consider too far to commute by bike? I realise answers will be hugely variable. Currently wanting to do a 16 mile round trip, total climb 1600 feet, on an ebike. This seems to me to be fairly standard/ easy.
