I’m doing okay. My mental/physical health just hasn’t been great so I kind of just disappeared without any real reason after posting my piece for the mixtape and am just trying to exist the best I can and survive. Which I think I’m doing well considering.

I find it really ironic that the nurse said that she loved my tattoo today and my doctor diagnosed me with severe depression and anxiety, where I mentioned my previous history with self harm but not really acting on it now. It helped calm my anxiety about today down a bit 🖤

I know timelines are full of reactions right now. For anyone looking to move past performative debate and get informed or engaged, I’m sharing a thread of resources about what’s happened and how people are organizing.

I forgot that yesterday marked 4 years of me being clean from self harm, which I mostly celebrated by watching Heated Rivalry, baking, and reading Andreil fics 🖤

I find it funny that the thing that convinced me to watch and read Heated Rivalry was not people talking about it, but that I saw an edit of episode 5 to History Maker from Yuri On Ice and immediately began to consume as much of it that I could 😭

@TheMaeruh I have absolutely no clue but apparently it’s “not medically necessary and seen as experimental” so I’m going to get an outside opinion and if that doesn’t work a lawyer 🥲 It just sucks because I’ve been dealing with this for months now.

I can’t sleep without using a neck pillow for some odd reason and my old one is too flat so I did request a new one for my birthday and you can’t convince that Neil wouldn’t have one of this for when he’s traveling 🥰
