@RyanHawk12 This is really well said. We can’t “trust the process” when we haven’t been through the process - the evidence is in putting in the reps to build confidence in the process.

Confidence needs evidence. You need to regularly put yourself in positions to create evidence. It doesn't matter what the thing is, just that it's beyond your current comfort/competency zone. That evidence is portable to other areas of your life.

@RyanHawk12 I think it’s a two man race between Burrow and Lamar at this point. If Cincy sneaks in it’s hard to say that anyone is more valuable than Burrow to his team.
